PSL Commissioner Naila Bhatti resigns from post

The series of resignations in the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) continues, with the latest one coming from Pakistan Super League Commissioner Naila Bhatti.

Sports: PSL Commissioner Naila Bhatti resigns from post. Sources say that the PSL commissioner’s resignation has been accepted. Naila Bhatti resigned due to differences with the board officials.

She was a part of the team of former PCB chairman Najam Sethi, and has now resigned from her post in the cricket board.

On Thursday, PCB’s Medical and Sports Sciences Director Dr Sohail Saleem had resigned from his post and informed the cricket board about his resignation.

The PCB’s medical panel was accused of irresponsibility regarding the injuries of the players. PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi had constituted an independent medical panel for the investigation.

The PCB chairman tweeted earlier about the independent inquiry of the matter that led to the injuries of players.
