PSL 10: Quetta Gladiators Defeat Peshawar Zalmi by 64 Runs

LAHORE: In the 17th match of HBL PSL 10, Quetta Gladiators emerged victorious by 64 runs, defeating Peshawar Zalmi.
Quetta Gladiators set a target of 179 runs for Peshawar Zalmi, but the latter’s team was bowled out for just 114 runs in the 15th over.
Hussain Talat was the top scorer for Peshawar Zalmi with 39 runs, while Mohammad Haris scored 17 and Babar Azam managed only 12 runs.
For Quetta Gladiators, Faheem Ashraf took 5 wickets, while Khurram Shahzad claimed 2 wickets.
Earlier, Quetta Gladiators posted a total of 178 runs for 7 wickets in their allotted overs. Mark Chapman was the top scorer for Quetta with 33 runs, followed by Saud Shakeel and Kusal Mendis, who both contributed 32 runs each.
Peshawar Zalmi’s Alzarri Joseph took 3 wickets, and Saim Ayub claimed 2 wickets.
Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and decided to field first. The match was played at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
