Prices of Essential Commodities Fall in Lahore Markets
In Lahore markets, essential commodity prices have dropped significantly following a decrease in national inflation rates.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his approval of the improved inflation figures, highlighting the positive impact on the economy.
The Deputy Commissioner of Lahore welcomed the lower vegetable prices, noting that it represents a significant relief for residents.
Petrol Price Slashed by Rs1.86, Diesel by Rs3.32 Per Litre
Here are some specific price changes:
– Tomatoes have seen a reduction of Rs25, now costing Rs110 instead of Rs135.
– Brinjal prices have dropped by Rs155, moving from Rs220.65 to the new rate.
– Cabbage is now priced at Rs70, while cauliflower is Rs40 cheaper than it was two weeks ago.
– Potatoes have become Rs2 cheaper, garlic Rs5 less, and green peppers have decreased by Rs70, now available at Rs105 compared to the previous Rs175.
