PPP’s ‘era’ on the horizon, time to worry, Bilawal tells PM

Staff Reporter – Nowshera:

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari told his jiyalas that the “era” of his party is on the horizon and warned Prime Minister Imran Khan that it is his time to worry.

“I want to send a message to [PM] Imran Khan that PPP jiyalas will defeat you politically,” said Bilawal while addressing a ceremony welcoming Asad Khattak to his party in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Nowshera.

The PPP leader said that his party workers will not forgive the alleged puppet government in Islamabad. PPP workers will hold the selected accountable, he said.

“I am warning Imran that his time to worry has begun. The arrow has left the bow,” said Bilawal. He added that the party will also hold its foundation day in Peshawar.

“I invite all jiyalas to come on PPP’s Youm-e-Tases. It is time that we reach out to every house that used to hoist the PPP flag,” Bilawal told his party workers.

While making a pitch to the people of Nowshera, Bilawal said that he wants to change the situation of the people. He added that the country’s problems of inflation, poverty and unemployment can only be dealt with if they follow PPP founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s philosophy.

“If our parliamentarians worked day and night to help you then we could have resolved your problems,” said Bilawal while taking an aim at the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). He added that in the joint session of Parliament 60 items were taken up which were taken up but inflation was not addressed.

“We did not even pass one policy that would have decreased inflation and poverty. If Imran Khan is working hard then he is doing so to try to steal your vote,” said Bilawal. However, he was confident that with the hard work of the people this conspiracy will be unearthed.
