PPP Chairman directs party to speed up preparations for upcoming general elections
LAHORE – Leaders from the Punjab and Balochistan chapters of the Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians convened a meeting with PPPP President Asif Ali Zardari.
According to details, Rozee Khan Kakar, the general secretary of PPPP Balochistan, and Ali Maddad Jattak, a member of the PPP Central Executive Committee, engaged in discussions with the former president Asif Ali Zardari.
During the meeting, the PPP leaders shared their perspectives with Zardari on the country’s political situation.
The participants of the meeting presented proposals regarding the distribution of tickets in Sindh regarding the general elections, while the meeting also submitted suggestions regarding the organization and arrangements of the program on the occasion of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto’s martyrdom day anniversary on December 27.
PPP Sindh President Nisar Ahmad Khuhro, General Secretary Senator Waqar Mehdi, Information Secretary Aajiz Dhamrah, former Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, Nasir Hussain Shah, Saeed Ghani, Qadir Patel, Mukesh Kumar Chawla and Noman Sheikh were also present in the meeting.
