ISLAMABAD:Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced a special Facebook E-Kachary session to address electricity-related complaints from customers on 24th September 2025 (Wednesday) between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM.
Under the leadership of CEO Engr. Khalid Mahmood, all Operational Circles incharge will be available online to attend to and resolve customer issues promptly through this initiative. Customers can register their complaints and seek on-spot assistance via dedicated Facebook IDs and phone numbers for each operational circle.

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced planned power outages on 24th September 2025 due to ongoing system maintenance and development work.
According to an official spokesperson, power supply will be temporarily suspended in various feeders and areas at different times throughout the day:

From 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Rawalpindi City Circle, New Race Course Feeder, Rawalpindi Cantt Circle, IST, Morat, Old Rawat, New Rawat, AOWHS, Suparco, and CWO Feeders.

From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Attock Circle, Shamsabad, Hattian, Gondal Feeders, GSO Circle, Mong City, Mong Pattan Sher Khan, and Mong Kanchan.

From 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM: Islamabad Circle, Sunny Bank, Cecil, Kohala, PC, Patriota, Upper Topa Feeders, Rawalpindi City Circle, HPT, Amir Hamza, Officer Colony, I-14/2, I-14/3, Lakho Road, Pindhon Feeders, and surrounding areas.
IESCO management has expressed apologies for the inconvenience caused and assured customers that power supply will be restored earlier if the maintenance work is completed ahead of schedule. Customers are advised to make necessary arrangements during the power suspension period.
