Possession Letters for Green Enclave-II to be Issued After August 14: Minister
Islamabad(Staff Reporter); Federal Minister Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada stated that possession letters for most Allottees of Project Green Enclave-II will be issued in Block-A after August 14. Furthermore, he emphasized the need for the completion of additional facilities, both commercial and residential, within both schemes as swiftly as possible.
Minster along with Secretary of Housing and Works, Dr. Shahzad Khan Bangash, visited the Green Enclave-I and Green Enclave II (Sky Garden) projects. They were warmly welcomed by Director General Captain (retd) Muhammad Zafar Iqbal and senior officers of the Housing Authority. During the visit, the Turkish Commercial Council also attended, showing a keen interest in investing in Green Enclave II (Sky Garden) projects.
The Federal Minister praised the performance of the Housing Authority and committed to monthly visits to monitor the progress of both projects. He expressed his appreciation to Director General Captain (retd) Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, senior officers, employees, and Sky Garden CEO Chaudhary Ismail for their outstanding work on Green Enclave II.

Project Description:
(FGEHA), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Housing and Works, is dedicated to providing low-cost housing projects for Federal Government Employees. Green Enclave-I Bara Kahu is a housing scheme covering approximately 3,375 kanals of land in Islamabad, with development work progressing rapidly.
Additionally, the Housing Authority’s Project Green Enclave II (Sky Garden) in Bara Kahu, Islamabad, is a joint venture. The first part of Green Enclave-II, covering about 11,000 kanals, is nearing completion. Development on approximately 2,403 kanals is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025. The initial phase, consisting of Blocks A, B, C, D, and E, is already underway, with 20% of the work in Block D completed in a short time due to the diligent efforts of the technical staff.
