Police Constable Arrested for Drug Smuggling Using Drones in Lahore Border Area

Waqas, a Lahore police officer, caught using drones for narcotic trafficking; drones, drugs, and service card seized as investigation continues

A Lahore police constable, identified as Waqas, has been exposed as a drug trafficker, using drones to smuggle drugs across the border near Lahore.

Waqas, along with two associates, allegedly employed this sophisticated yet illegal method to evade detection while transporting narcotics. Acting on a tip-off, police arrested Waqas in a village near Sialkot.

During the operation, authorities seized drones, Waqas’ service card, and a significant quantity of drugs. The suspects, all residents of the border region, have reportedly been involved in this smuggling activity for a considerable period. A case has been filed, and investigations are ongoing to uncover the full scale of their operations.
