PML-N Sweeps By-Elections, Wins All 6 National Assembly and 6 of 7 Punjab Assembly Seats
PML-N’s Daniyal Ahmed won with 52,791 votes, while independent Rana Adnan Javed trailed with 19,262 votes.
ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) achieved a dominant victory in the latest by-elections, securing all six National Assembly seats and six out of seven Punjab Assembly seats, according to unofficial and unverified results. Most of these constituencies were previously vacated by PTI lawmakers due to disqualifications or other legal issues.

NA-18 Haripur – Major Upset
The biggest upset came in Haripur’s NA-18, where PML-N’s Babar Nawaz Khan won with 163,996 votes, defeating PTI-backed independent candidate Shahrnaz Umar Ayub, who secured 120,220 votes. The seat was vacated after former opposition leader Umar Ayub Khan was disqualified in the May 9 case.
NA-129 Lahore
PML-N’s Hafiz Mian Muhammad Nauman secured victory with 63,441 votes, beating PTI-backed independent Arslan Ahmed, who received 29,099 votes. The seat fell vacant after the death of PTI’s Mian Azhar.
NA-185 Dera Ghazi Khan
PML-N’s Mahmood Qadir Khan won with 82,416 votes, while PPP’s Dost Muhammad Khosa came second with 49,262 votes. The seat was vacated after PTI’s Zartaj Gul was disqualified.
NA-143 Sahiwal
PML-N’s Muhammad Tufail Jutt clinched a decisive win with 136,223 votes, defeating independent Zarar Akbar Chaudhry, who received 13,220 votes.
NA-104 Faisalabad
PML-N’s Daniyal Ahmed won with 52,791 votes, while independent Rana Adnan Javed trailed with 19,262 votes.
NA-96 Faisalabad
PML-N’s Bilal Badr Chaudhry, brother of State Minister Talal Chaudhry, secured 93,009 votes to win the seat.
Punjab Assembly Results
PP-87 Mianwali
PML-N’s Ali Haider Noor Khan Niazi secured a landslide victory with 67,986 votes, defeating independent candidate Ayaz Khan Niazi.
PP-98 Faisalabad
PML-N’s Azad Ali Tabassum won with 44,388 votes, defeating independent Muhammad Ajmal, who had 35,245 votes.
PP-115 Faisalabad
PML-N’s Muhammad Tahir Pervaiz won with 49,049 votes.
PP-116 Faisalabad
PML-N’s Ahmed Shehryar, son-in-law of Adviser to PM Rana Sanaullah, secured victory with 48,824 votes. The seat was previously held by PTI’s Ismail Sehla before his disqualification.
PP-203 Sahiwal
PML-N’s Muhammad Hanif won with 46,900 votes, defeating independent Falak Sher.
PP-73 Sargodha
PML-N’s Sultan Ali Ranjha emerged victorious with 71,770 votes.
PP-269 Muzaffargarh – PPP Breaks Through
The only setback for PML-N came in Muzaffargarh, where PPP’s Mian Almdar Abbas Qureshi won the seat with 55,611 votes.
