ISLAMABAD: (Staff Reporter) – The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has reopened the registration portal for the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2026, giving remaining candidates another opportunity to complete their applications ahead of the September 20 examination.
According to a public notice issued by the council, online registration will remain open from August 17 to August 21.
The five-day window has been provided for candidates seeking admission to medical and dental colleges who were unable to complete their registration during the earlier registration period.
Eligible candidates can submit their applications online during the reopened period after paying the prescribed registration fee.
PMDC has advised applicants to carefully complete all required registration steps within the specified deadline. The council also cautioned that incomplete applications may be cancelled.
The MDCAT 2026 examination is scheduled for September 20.
PMDC said candidates should visit its official website for detailed information regarding the registration process and examination. The council has also forwarded the relevant examination notice to the concerned universities.
Candidates seeking admission to medical and dental colleges have been advised not to wait until the final day and to ensure that their applications and required information are submitted correctly within the registration window.
