Lahore: PM summons Crucial Meeting on Next Fiscal Year’s Budget. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has called for an urgent meeting tomorrow to discuss the budget for the upcoming financial year, according to sources.
The meeting, to be chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, is scheduled to take place in Jati Amra, with instructions for the government’s economic team to attend, as per sources familiar with the matter.
Key attendees expected at the meeting include Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Petroleum Minister Mossadegh Malik, and Energy Minister Owais Leghari.
Additionally, Commerce Minister Jam Kamal, Industry and Production Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Cheema, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, and other relevant officials will participate in the discussions.

Sources indicate that the meeting will focus on reviewing budget proposals for the forthcoming fiscal year, with the economic team slated to provide a comprehensive briefing to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
