Islamabad(Mudassar Iqbal);PM slams PTI’s alleged attacks on Army Chief and condemns rising terrorism, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has condemned the ongoing criticism of the Army Chief being circulated through the Tehreek-e-Insaf website, emphasizing that such actions are unacceptable. Speaking at a cabinet meeting, Sharif addressed a range of pressing issues affecting the nation.

The Prime Minister highlighted the severe humanitarian crisis in Palestine, condemning Israel for the alleged martyrdom of 40,000 Palestinians and criticizing the ineffectiveness of UN resolutions. He called for stronger condemnation of Israel’s actions.

Regarding recent attacks on Pakistani embassies, including incidents in Germany and London, Sharif expressed his dismay. He assured that the Foreign Minister is taking swift action to address these issues and urged the ambassadors of the affected countries to ensure the protection of Pakistani missions.

Sharif also noted a troubling rise in terrorism, particularly in KP and Balochistan, attributing the violence to a coordinated conspiracy involving neighboring countries. He emphasized that while Pakistan is prepared to defend its citizens, he advocates for resolution through dialogue and peace.

The Prime Minister expressed frustration over the TTP’s targeting of Pakistani citizens, stating that despite hosting millions of refugees for decades, the group continues to undermine peace and stability in Pakistan. He reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to protecting its citizens while seeking peaceful solutions.

Finally, Sharif condemned the recent actions of Tehreek-e-Insaf, describing attempts to undermine the Army Chief and challenge national security as deeply distressing. He vowed to not tolerate such actions and emphasized the government’s resolve to counter these threats.
