PM Shehbaz Claims Economic Recovery Is Within Reach
Islamabad-(Staff Reporter): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated on Sunday that Pakistan’s economy is nearing recovery due to the current government’s initiatives.
PM Shehbaz Calls Qatar His “Second Home” During Doha Visit
In a meeting held in Islamabad, prominent UK business figures met with PM Shehbaz, where both sides committed to strengthening business-to-business ties between Pakistan and the UK. “The government’s highest priority is to attract foreign investment,” the Prime Minister affirmed, adding that “we are offering top facilities to business and trade communities through a one-window operation.” He also extended an invitation to the British delegation to invest in Pakistan, while the UK representatives praised his policies for fostering economic growth.

Recently, PM Shehbaz referred to Qatar as his “second home,” thanking Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani for inviting him to visit. Speaking in Doha, the Prime Minister praised the “Manzar: Pakistan Art and Architecture 1940 to Today” exhibition, saying it showcases the cultural connections between Pakistan and Qatar. He congratulated overseas Pakistanis in Qatar on the event’s launch and commended Federal Information Minister Atta Tarar for his significant role in the exhibition’s success.
Highlighting Pakistan’s rich 5,000-year-old cultural heritage, PM Shehbaz expressed appreciation for Qatar Museum’s role in promoting cultural diplomacy.
