PM Shehbaz arrives in Ankara on two-day visit

Ishaq Dar, Attaullah Tarar, and Tariq Fatemi Accompany PM Shehbaz Sharif on Turkey Visit

Ankara — Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, has arrived in Ankara for a two-day official visit to Turkey, following an invitation from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Upon his arrival at the airport, the Prime Minister was warmly received by Turkish Defense Minister Yaşar Güler.

During his visit, Prime Minister Sharif is scheduled to hold talks with President Erdogan, focusing on enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries. The leaders are expected to discuss a range of important regional and global issues, with an emphasis on fostering deeper cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

In addition to his meetings with President Erdogan, Prime Minister Sharif will engage with Turkish investors and business delegations, exploring opportunities to strengthen economic ties between the two nations.

Accompanying the Prime Minister are Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi, who will participate in various engagements throughout the visit.

This visit is seen as a significant step in furthering Pakistan-Turkey relations, particularly in the fields of trade, defense, and regional cooperation.
