PIA has pledged to conduct a comprehensive investigation and take appropriate action based on the investigation’s outcomes.

PIA Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Dubai Due to Technical Fault

Last week, Iqbal Javed Bajwa, PIA’s deputy station manager in the UK, resigned after it was uncovered that his FA certificate from the Lahore board was fraudulent.

A spokesperson from PIA confirmed that Bajwa’s resignation followed the verification of his fake academic credentials.

According to sources, Bajwa, who had been introduced by PIA’s finance manager in Birmingham on July 30, initially resisted stepping down despite the discovery of the forged degree. However, he eventually resigned after pressure from his family.

The PIA spokesperson emphasized the airline’s strict stance against falsified credentials, affirming that appropriate measures were taken in Bajwa’s situation.
