PIA Decides to Suspend Lahore–Paris Flight Operations from September
PIA had launched bi-weekly flights between Lahore and Paris on June 18, but due to operational limitations
Lahore – Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has decided to suspend its Lahore–Paris flight operations, significantly limiting its air service to France. According to sources, the last flight from Paris to Lahore will depart on September 12, while the final Lahore to Paris flight is scheduled for September 17, 2025.
PIA had launched bi-weekly flights between Lahore and Paris on June 18, but due to operational limitations, the route is now being discontinued.
A PIA spokesperson confirmed the decision, stating that the two-way flight operations between Islamabad and Paris will continue without disruption.
The airline is currently facing a shortage of aircraft, with 7 out of its 12 Boeing 777 jets grounded, impacting its ability to sustain certain international routes.
The suspension marks another strategic adjustment by PIA as it attempts to manage resources and maintain essential routes amid operational challenges.
