Karachi – The initiative taken by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to establish regional academies across the country under the Future Stars Talent Hunt Program is a highly commendable step.

Recently, young cricketers from Karachi participated in the open trials to showcase their talent. The selected talented players will become part of the academy, where their skills and weaknesses will be refined under the supervision of PCB coaches.

These views were expressed by Nadeem Omar, President of the Regional Cricket Association Karachi.

He stated that the program is being successfully conducted nationwide due to the efforts of Abdullah Khurram Niazi, Director of Domestic Cricket Operations at the PCB, and that this initiative will prove to be a milestone for Pakistan cricket.

He further added that regions across the country appreciate this initiative, and the program will help discover talented players who previously did not get opportunities to display their abilities.
