Pakistan Announce Squads for Sri Lanka T20Is and ODI Tri-Series
LAHORE: (Sports Reporter) – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the men’s squads for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka and the seven-match ODI tri-series featuring England and Sri Lanka.
Right-handed opening batter Sahibzada Farhan, who recently led Pakistan at the Asian Games, has been named captain for the T20I series against Sri Lanka. Left-arm fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi will continue to lead the ODI side.
The three-match T20I series will be played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The opening match is scheduled for October 9, followed by the second T20I on October 11 and the third on October 13.
Pakistan will then compete in a seven-match ODI tri-series against England and Sri Lanka. Rawalpindi will host the first three matches, while the remaining league fixtures and the final will be played in Lahore.

Sahibzada Farhan (captain), Abdul Samad, Abrar Ahmed, Arafat Minhas, Fakhar Zaman, Hasan Nawaz, Muhammad Imran Randhawa, Khawaja Nafay (wicketkeeper), Maaz Sadaqat, Naseem Shah, Razaullah, Saim Ayub, Mohammad Salman Mirza, Shadab Khan and Sufiyan Moqim.
Pakistan’s 16-member ODI squad
Shaheen Shah Afridi (captain), Abrar Ahmed, Salman Ali Agha, Arafat Minhas, Babar Azam, Faheem Ashraf, Fakhar Zaman, Muhammad Ghazi Ghori (wicketkeeper), Haris Rauf, Hasan Nawaz, Naseem Shah, Razaullah, Saad Baig (wicketkeeper), Saim Ayub, Shadab Khan and Sufiyan Moqim.
