Pakistani Tourists Urged to Buy Return Tickets from Same Airline for UAE

Officials and Airlines Stress Visa Compliance and Streamlined Check-in Process

Pakistani tourists heading to the UAE are advised to purchase return tickets from the same airline to simplify their travel arrangements.

Airlines and officials from Pakistan have stressed the importance of fulfilling all visa requirements, which include having proof of accommodation, sufficient financial means, and return tickets.

SereneAir, a Pakistani carrier, suggests that passengers choose return tickets with them, as tickets from other airlines may require extra approvals during check-in.

Similarly, Airblue has informed travelers that those with return tickets from other airlines must secure prior approval from UAE authorities before they can board.

In addition, travelers must ensure they hold a valid return ticket within the period of their visa, along with confirmed hotel reservations or proof of residence if staying with friends or relatives.

A minimum of $500 (around AED 1,835) in cash or on a credit card in the passenger’s name is also required to cover their stay.

Pakistan’s ambassador to the UAE, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, has emphasized the need for visitors to strictly follow the tourism regulations and refrain from job-hunting while on a tourist visa.

He encouraged tourists to focus on enjoying the variety of attractions in the UAE, including its museums and shopping malls, during their visit.
