Schools in Pakistan Set Adjusted Hours for Holy Ramadan Month
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – School education authorities have announced revised school hours for the holy month of Ramadan, allowing students to balance academic responsibilities with fasting and spiritual activities.
Under the new schedule, schools will operate from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, while Fridays will see an early closure at 12:30 PM. Teachers will also be given Saturdays off throughout Ramadan to accommodate the month’s religious and social practices.

For schools operating on double shifts, morning classes will run from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and evening sessions will take place from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. On Fridays, double-shift schools will conduct classes from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Officials have urged students, parents, and staff to adjust their routines according to the revised timings and make the most of the special arrangements provided for the month.
