Pakistan, Saudi Arabia reaffirm commitment to deepen strategic cooperation
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have reiterated their intention to strengthen collaboration at both tactical and strategic levels, underscoring the shared priorities of their leadership and citizens.
The understanding was reached during a meeting in Riyadh between Pakistan’s Finance Minister, Muhammad Aurangzeb, and Saudi Vice Finance Minister Abdulmuhsen Al-Khalaf.
According to officials, the two sides discussed Pakistan’s recent macroeconomic improvements and explored ways to accelerate joint efforts aimed at sustaining economic stability and growth. Aurangzeb also conveyed Pakistan’s appreciation for the Kingdom’s continued bilateral and multilateral support.
The finance minister is currently in Riyadh to attend the Momentum Development Finance Conference. While in the Kingdom, he also met Royal Court Adviser Mohammed Al-Tuwaijri and engaged with various media outlets as part of his official visit.
