Pakistan Reaffirms Peace Role During Iran Delegation Visit

TEHRAN: (Web Desk) – An Iranian delegation held a high-level meeting with Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad, where discussions focused on regional peace and cooperation. The delegation was headed by Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf and supported by Abbas Araqchi. During the meeting, the Prime Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s dedication to promoting peace and stability, emphasizing its willingness to act as a sincere mediator in regional matters.

Pakistan Brings US and Iran Together for Historic Peace Talks

Senior Pakistani officials, including Ishaq Dar, Syed Asim Munir, and Mohsin Naqvi, were also present. Both sides exchanged views on the current global and regional security environment, highlighting the importance of dialogue and cooperation. The Prime Minister appreciated Iran’s participation in talks held in Islamabad and expressed optimism about achieving constructive outcomes for long-term peace.

He reiterated that Pakistan remains committed to playing an active and positive role in reducing tensions and fostering stability, stressing that continued engagement and sincere efforts are essential for meaningful progress at both regional and international levels.
