Pakistan strikes Afghan militant camps under Operation Ghazab-lil-Haq to stop cross-border attacks.
Operation Ghazab-lil-Haq – (Web Desk) – Pakistan’s armed forces carried out a series of airstrikes inside Afghanistan under Operation Ghazab-lil-Haq. The attacks targeted militant camps and bases linked to the Afghan Taliban and a group authorities call Fitna al-Khawarij.
The strikes happened overnight between March 12 and 13. Pakistani forces successfully hit five militant hideouts, including military sites. Security sources said the airstrikes destroyed the Sherinaw terrorist camp in Paktia Province, facilities of the 313 Corps in Kabul, and the Tarawo militant camps in Kandahar.
An oil storage area at an airfield and nearby supply infrastructure were also destroyed. Officials said the operation is part of a continuing campaign against militant networks. They added that actions under Operation Ghazab-lil-Haq will continue until all targets are fully neutralized.
Yesterday, Pakistan’s armed forces had carried out strikes along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. Pakistani troops targeted militant posts adjacent to the Tull Sector, resulting in the destruction of several positions.

On March 10, Pakistani forces also launched operations in the Arandu and Kurram sectors, destroying key militant posts and operational centres. Officials said militants abandoned their positions and fled during those strikes.
Earlier, on March 6, security forces had conducted ground and aerial operations against Afghan Taliban elements and militants described as Fitna al-Khawarij in the Kurram sector along the Pak-Afghan border.
Security sources maintained that the military operations were aimed at eliminating militant infrastructure and preventing cross-border attacks.
