COUNTY GROUND: (Web Desk) – Pakistan won the toss and chose to bat first against the Netherlands in the 26th match of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 on Saturday.

With both sides already eliminated from the semi-final race, the contest offers an opportunity to end their campaigns on a positive note after enduring winless runs in the tournament.

Pakistan captain Fatima Sana opted to set a target after winning the toss.

Pakistan Playing XI: Muneeba Ali (wk), Gull Feroza, Ayesha Zafar, Saira Jabeen, Iram Javed, Fatima Sana (c), Eyman Fatima, Nashra Sandhu, Tuba Hassan, Diana Baig and Sadia Iqbal.

Pakistan hold the upper hand in the head-to-head record, having won their only previous Women’s T20 International against the Netherlands.

Heading into the match, both teams were still searching for their first victory of the tournament. The Netherlands occupied the bottom spot in Group 1, while Pakistan were placed just above them on net run rate, with both sides yet to open their points account.
