Pakistan cancels 90 Gulf-bound flights due to ongoing disruptions

Gulf-bound flights from Pakistan face massive cancellations across major airports

Pakistan – (Web Desk) -Flight operations at different airports in Pakistan heading to Middle East countries faced major disruptions on Monday. A total of 90 flights were canceled today. These flights were supposed to go to Gulf countries like Kuwait, Bahrain, the UAE, Iraq, and Qatar.

The cancellations come a day after 80 flights were also canceled on Sunday. At Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, 26 flights bound for Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain did not take off as planned.

18 flights were cancelled from Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIA) Lahore. These flights were scheduled to land in Doha, Bahrain, and Abu Dhabi.

18 flights were cancelled from Islamabad. These flights were scheduled to depart for Doha, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Muscat. 1590 flights were cancelled from Pakistan during the last 16 days.

14 flights were cancelled from Bacha Khan International Airport, Peshawar. Four flights were cancelled from Multan.
