Pakistan posted 134 for 5 in their allotted overs, with Tariq Mahmood contributing a steady 45 runs and captain Abdul Razzaq adding 36.
South Africa fought back strongly, with Werner Moolman scoring a resilient 55 off 48 balls. However, Pakistan’s bowlers held their nerve in the final overs. Sohail Khan produced a decisive spell, taking 3 wickets for 29 runs in four overs, and was named Player of the Match.
