London_Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar has affirmed that participating or not participating in elections is a legal matter, not a matter of vengeance or politics,
Speaking to the media in London on Tuesday, Kakar commented on the situation in Balochistan, pointing out the involvement of Indian elements in terrorist activities within the province. He underscored that Pakistan had borne the brunt of India’s state-sponsored terrorism.
Commenting on the upcoming elections, Kakar maintained that the focus should be on conducting transparent and fair elections, with international observers present to ensure the process’s integrity.
Discussing Nawaz Sharif’s return, Kakar emphasized that it would be executed in accordance with the country’s laws. He firmly stated that their actions would align with Pakistan’s legal framework, and they had no intention to oppose any political group.
Regarding Nawaz Sharif’s legal privileges, he mentioned that a thorough assessment of his legal rights would be conducted., reiterating the government’s commitment to impartiality and justice.
When questioned about the government’s affiliations, Kakar asserted that they had no allegiance to any specific group or party. He emphasized that every decision and action taken by the government would adhere strictly to Pakistan’s legal framework.
In response to inquiries about his meetings with political leaders, Kakar clarified that he had not engaged in any negotiations with political parties or leaders. He reiterated his commitment to remain apolitical.
Regarding the injection scandal, Kakar revealed that the federal and Punjab governments were collaborating to bring all culprits involved in the scandal to justice.
When asked about the eligibility of PTI Chairman Imran Khan for elections, Kakar stated that the law would be followed, and the Election Commission would fulfill its constitutional responsibilities impartially.
According to sources, Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar is scheduled to hold some very important meeting during his stay in Saudi Arabia. He will also perform Umrah.
Earlier, Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar said that the murder of Sikh activists is the result of growing state-sponsored intolerance under Hindutva ideology by the BJP-led Indian Government.
Interacting with the media persons in London on Tuesday, he said Pakistan remained a victim of the Indian state-sponsored terrorism, especially the Balochistan has been heavily affected due to the terrorism of India. He added now other nations are also being suffered due to the nefarious designs of India.
Highlighting plight of minorities in India, the Prime Minister expressed dismay that the Muslims, Sikhs, Christians cannot live in India as fully qualified citizens.
He said several movements such as Cow Vigilante groups are being encouraged in India to suppress minorities.
To a question, he said a policy is being devised to export the semi-skilled and unskilled workers to the European nations and a comprehensive discussion has been held with the British Foreign Minister in this regard.
About the upcoming elections, he said Election Commission will soon announce the polling date.
Replying to another question, the Prime Minister said culprits involved in the incidents of 9th May will be brought to book.
