Nation's Progress Under Democracy and Commitment to Welfare

Islamabad – On the 85th anniversary of Pakistan’s national day, the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee and Service Chiefs congratulated the nation and assured that the defense of the homeland will be ensured at all costs.

According to ISPR, March 23, 1940, was a historic day when our collective resolve was given clear direction. Our nation is progressing on the path of development under the banner of democracy.

The ISPR statement emphasized that the armed forces remain committed to defending the sacred borders of the country. “Pakistan is a messenger of peace, and we will ensure its security at all costs,” the statement said.

The announcement further highlighted that the nation is advancing towards prosperity under the flag of democracy, with a firm determination to strengthen democratic institutions and promote the welfare of its citizens.
