Pakistan announces squad for ODI series against Bangladesh

The series will be played in Bangladesh from March 11 to 15.

LAHORE (Web Desk): The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a 15-member squad for the ODI series against Bangladesh.

According to the details, Shaheen Shah Afridi will lead the 15-member squad for the three-match ODI series against Bangladesh.

The series will be played in Bangladesh from March 11 to 15, with all matches to be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.

Six players in the squad have made their debuts in the national ODI team, including Abdul Samad, Maaz Sadaqat, Mohammad Ghazi Ghauri, Saad Masood, Sahibzada Farhan, and Shamil Hussain.

Saim Ayub, Babar Azam, Fakhar Zaman, Haseebullah and Hassan Nawaz have been dropped from the national ODI team.

Abdul Samad, Maaz Sadaqat, Saad Masood, and Shamil Hussain were recently seen in action for Pakistan Shaheens against England Lions in Abu Dhabi.

Other prominent players in the squad include Muhammad Rizwan (wicketkeeper), Haris Rauf, Faheem Ashraf, Abrar Ahmed, Mohammad Wasim Jr., and Salman Ali Agha.

The team management hopes that the combination of young and experienced players will yield positive results in Bangladeshi conditions.
