
Pakistan and Türkiye Strengthen Ties During Natural Disaster
A Promise of Brotherhood and Support in a Time of Crisis
Turkey – Pakistan – (Special Correspondent / Web Desk) – On Friday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif thanked Turkey’s President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, for his kind words and support. This came after terrible floods caused widespread damage across Pakistan.
Early in the morning, the two leaders had a phone call. President Erdogan shared his deep sadness about the disaster. He promised that Turkey would help with the ongoing rescue and relief efforts for the flood victims.
PM Shehbaz stated that the people of Pakistan will never forget Turkey’s generous and brotherly help. He mentioned that the two countries have always supported each other through every challenge, showing a true bond of friendship.
Germany and Pakistan discuss regional issues in high-level call
Both leaders agreed to make their historic relationship even stronger. They plan to work together in many new areas. The Prime Minister also said he hopes to meet President Erdogan soon at an upcoming international summit.
