Pakistan All Out for 333 in Rawalpindi Test

Pakistan currently leads the two-match Test series 1-0, having won the first Test in Lahore by 93 runs.

Rawalpindi: On the second day of the Rawalpindi Test, Pakistan’s entire team was bowled out for 333 runs in their first innings against South Africa.

Pakistan began the day with a score of 259 for 5 wickets, with Saud Shakeel on 42 and Agha Salman on 10. Both batsmen worked to add valuable runs, with Saud Shakeel reaching his fifty before being dismissed for 66, and Agha Salman scoring 45 before getting out.

Shaheen Afridi, Sajid Khan, and Asif Afridi failed to make a significant impact and were all taken by South African bowler Keshav Maharaj. Nauman Ali remained not out with 6 runs.

Keshav Maharaj was the standout performer for South Africa, taking seven wickets. Simon Harmer took two wickets, and Rabada claimed one.

Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first. Captain Shan Masood scored 87 runs, while Abdullah Shafique added 57 before both were dismissed.
