Pak–Turk Education Ties Strengthen as 6,500 Students Sit MAGIS 2026
MAGIS 2026 Exam Highlights Growing Pak-Turk Academic Partnership
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – : Strengthening educational cooperation between Pakistan and Türkiye, Pak-Turk Maarif International Schools & Colleges, operating under the umbrella of Türkiye Maarif Vakfı, successfully conducted the Maarif Admissions & Scholarship (MAGIS) Examination 2026 across Pakistan on Saturday.
The examination was held at 42 centers in 24 cities, including Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Muzaffarabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Jamshoro, and Khairpur. Students from Grades 4 to 9 participated in the nationwide assessment.
More than 6,500 candidates appeared in the exam, reflecting growing confidence among students and parents in the Turkish Maarif Foundation’s merit-based and internationally aligned education system in Pakistan.
Special focus was placed on the Muzaffarabad region, where Pak-Turk Maarif International plans to establish a new campus. Over 1,400 students from the area participated, with exam centers witnessing large turnouts from early morning, highlighting strong interest in expanding quality education opportunities in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
The examination was conducted through a centralized digital assessment system to ensure transparency, fairness, and objectivity. Following the announcement of results, shortlisted candidates will proceed to the interview phase, where academic capability, communication skills, motivation, and overall potential will be assessed.

Through the MAGIS programme, students can access full and partial scholarships, tuition fee concessions, and Turkish language education. Selected candidates will also benefit from career counselling, internship opportunities, professional development support, and guidance for higher education in Türkiye.
Administrative staff, educators, invigilators, and volunteers ensured smooth conduct of the examination at all centers, providing guidance and support to students and parents throughout the process.

The results of the MAGIS Examination 2026 will be announced on 25 February 2026 via the official registration portal emaarif.com.pk, after which successful candidates will advance to the next stage of selection.
