Pak Navy Seizes 1500kg of Narcotics in Anti-Narcotics Operation

Collaborative effort between Pakistan Navy, PMSA, and ANF yields major drug bust at sea

Islamabad: Pakistan Navy, in collaboration with the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency and the Anti-Narcotics Force, recently concluded a successful joint anti-narcotics operation at sea.

The operation, aimed at curbing illicit activities within the country’s maritime boundaries, resulted in the seizure of a huge quantity of narcotics.

During the operation, a total of 1500kg of illicit drugs were intercepted and confiscated.

This successful endeavor underscores the commitment of the Pakistan Navy to combatting illegal drug trafficking activities that pose a threat to national security and public well-being.

The seized narcotics were promptly handed over to the authorities of the Anti-Narcotics Force for further investigation and legal proceedings.

The operation was executed by the Joint Maritime Information and Coordination Center based on actionable intelligence inputs.
