PAF Airlifts 48 Tons of Relief Goods to Flood-Affected Areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

PAF’s Timely Aid Reinforces National Solidarity

KARACHI/ISLAMABAD: In a continued demonstration of its unwavering commitment to national service during times of crisis, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has extended critical support to ongoing relief operations in flood-affected regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

As part of the humanitarian effort, a total of 48 tons of relief goods—organized by a non-governmental organization (NGO)—were airlifted from Karachi to Peshawar aboard an Air Eagle B-737 aircraft. This strategic airlift established a vital air bridge, enabling the swift transportation of essential supplies to flood-hit districts, including Buner and Shangla.

The relief consignment, comprising essential dry rations, will be distributed among affected families in close coordination with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA).

This mission reflects the Pakistan Air Force’s enduring resolve to serve the nation not only by protecting its airspace but also by standing firmly with fellow citizens in times of natural disasters and emergencies.

PAF’s timely intervention has been widely appreciated as it ensures urgent assistance reaches those in need, reinforcing its legacy as a symbol of national solidarity and resilience.
