Over 287,000 Pakistanis Visit Masjid-e-Nabwi in Three Months

Comprehensive Measures in Place to Ensure Health and Safety of Pilgrims

ISLAMABAD: The management of Masjid-e-Nabwi has announced that over 287,000 Pakistani pilgrims visited the mosque and the Roza-e-Rasool during the past three months, highlighting the continued devotion of Pakistanis to the sacred site.

According to the data for the first quarter of the Islamic year, a total of 1.486 million pilgrims from around the world visited Masjid-e-Nabwi during this period. Indonesian pilgrims led the way with 449,696 visitors, followed by Pakistan in second place with 287,793 pilgrims. India ranked third with 179,052 visitors, while Iraq and Bangladesh saw 122,557 and 76,940 visitors, respectively.

The management emphasized that extensive arrangements have been put in place to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of the pilgrims. These measures aim to facilitate worshippers in carrying out their religious duties with ease and devotion, ensuring a smooth and spiritually fulfilling experience for all visitors.
