Operation in Tirah: 5 Khawarij Killed, Including Abid Turab, One Arrested
One militant was arrested during operation in Tirah
RAWALPINDI: During a security forces operation in the Tirah Valley, five militants, including Abid Turab, a key leader of the khawarij, were killed. Additionally, one militant was arrested.
According to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), weapons and ammunition were recovered from the slain militants. A clearance operation is ongoing in the area to eliminate any remaining terrorists, as security forces remain committed to eradicating terrorism from Pakistan.

The Prime Minister praised the security forces for their successful operation against the militants in Tirah Valley and extended his admiration for the killing of the five khawarij. Shahbaz Sharif emphasized that the nation stands united with the security forces in the fight against terrorism and remains determined to completely eradicate terrorism from the country.
