OGRA Announces Reduction in Imported LNG Prices for December
SNGPL and SSGC Announce Price Reductions for Gas Rates
ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) has issued a notification announcing a reduction in imported LNG prices for December, with a decrease of up to 2.72%.
The price for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has been reduced by $0.36 per mmbtu, bringing the new rate to $12.90 per mmbtu. Likewise, the price for Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has dropped by $0.25 per mmbtu, setting the revised rate at $12.55 per mmbtu.
These revised prices will remain effective throughout the month of December, offering some relief to consumers. The notification was issued to reflect the changes, which are expected to have a positive impact on LNG prices in the domestic market.
