Lahore-No Plans to Refer Imran Khan’s Case to Military Court: Punjab Law Minister, Punjab Law Minister Sohaib Ahmed Bharth addressed the media at the Chief Minister’s House on Friday, clarifying that there have been no discussions or proposals regarding the transfer of PTI founder Imran Khan’s case to a military court within the provincial cabinet or the Ministry of Law.
“Despite the transition of government, ongoing projects from the PTI era continue without interruption.” Bharth emphasized that the government is committed to upholding the rule of law and ensuring that all cases, including Imran Khan’s, are tried in civilian courts. He stated that the government has not considered involving military courts in any cases, and the legal process will be followed as per the constitution and laws of Pakistan.

The Law Minister reiterated that the government maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and is dedicated to upholding integrity in all governmental dealings. He assured that the government will continue to take concrete steps to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance in all sectors.
