No load shedding on 9,10 MUHARRAM, CEO IESCO

MONITORING CONTROL ROOM HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED IN ISLAMABAD AND ALL OPERATION CIRCLES.Dr. Muhammad Amjad Khan

Islamabad_All necessary measures have been taken for uninterrupted power supply and timely restoration in case of power failure on 9th and 10th of Muharram. During a meeting chaired by Chief Executive IESCO Dr. Muhammad Amjad Khan and Chief Engineer Operations Muhammad Aslam Khan, instructions were issued to all the field officers to be in full touch with the district administration,

management committees and police and to contact them for mourning processions and get complete information about possible routes. Power lines and route of mourning processions have been arranged and transformers upgraded on a priority basis and additional transformers, cables and meters have been provided to field offices to deal with any emergency.

Along with the main mourning processions, the staff of the respective sub-divisions of IESCO will also be on alert to deal with any power-related emergency immediately. The concerned officers and staff in the SDO offices will remain alert with all necessary equipment and any negligence in this regard will not be acceptable.

Chief Executive IESCO Dr. Muhammad Amjad Khan will also directly monitor power delivery and timely redressal of complaints from Central Control Room Islamabad to enable uninterrupted power supply and prompt redressal of complaints.
