Nishter Hospital Multan Terminates Dr. Jamal Qasim Over Misconduct

Multan: In an official order dated December 19, 2025, the Vice Chancellor of Nishtar Medical University has formally terminated the services of Dr. Jamal Qasim, Additional House Officer at Nishtar Hospital, following an incident involving inappropriate behavior.
The notification states that Dr. Qasim was found guilty of misconduct and violation of hospital rules and professional ethics after an incident where he showed an offensive gesture. Due to this breach of conduct, his employment at Nishtar Hospital has been ended with immediate effect.

The order was issued after careful review and consideration by hospital authorities and was communicated to relevant departments, including the Medical Superintendent, Registrar, and heads of various hospital units, to ensure compliance with the decision.
