NCCIA to Reissue Notices to Momina Iqbal, Saqib Chadhar

ISLAMABAD: (News Desk)- The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has decided to reissue notices to actress Momina Iqbal and Saqib Chadhar after the investigation into their legal dispute failed to make further progress, 24NewsHD reported.
According to sources, a case was registered with the NCCIA on an application submitted by Momina Iqbal. However, the investigation has stalled as neither Momina nor Saqib has submitted responses to questionnaires issued by the investigation team.
The NCCIA had constituted a new investigation team to resume the probe. An officer holding the rank of deputy director was appointed to head the team.
The newly formed team subsequently issued questionnaires to both parties and directed them to submit their responses as part of the investigation.
However, both sides have yet to provide the required answers, resulting in further delays in the probe.
The NCCIA has now decided to issue fresh notices to Momina Iqbal and Saqib Chadhar, directing both parties to appear before the investigation team and submit their responses to the questionnaires.
