Nawaz Sharif’s London Trip Faces Possible Schedule Change
Landon-(Correspondent/Webdesk ): Sources reported on Friday that potential adjustments may occur in Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif’s travel plans to London. While he arrived in Dubai as scheduled, his exact arrival date in London remains undecided. Originally, Nawaz was to stay one day in Dubai before heading to London on Saturday, but it now appears he might reach London by Tuesday instead.
Media reports indicate that Nawaz left Pakistan on an Emirates flight bound for Dubai and is expected to undergo a medical examination once he arrives in London. After his London visit, Nawaz plans to travel to the United States by October 29 for a four-day stay before returning to London. Following this, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and other family members are anticipated to join him on a European tour.
Meanwhile, several federal ministers and coalition partners have embarked on foreign visits following the passage of the 26th Constitutional Amendment, sparking speculation that these trips were pre-arranged. Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb is currently in the United States for meetings with International Monetary Fund and World Bank representatives, while Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar is in Samoa to participate in the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.
