ABU DHABI: The United Arab Emirates is gearing up for grand celebrations to mark its 54th National Day on December 2, 2025, commemorating the historic unification of the country’s seven emirates.
The Middle Eastern nation has declared December 2 and 3 (Tuesday and Wednesday) as public holidays. With the weekend included, residents are expected to enjoy a four-day long weekend, which can be extended to five days under UAE law.
The 2025 celebrations will kick off with a grand ceremony featuring the UAE’s leadership. While the exact venue is yet to be confirmed, it is expected to be held at a prominent cultural or national historic site.
