Minister Naqvi has directed all FIA directors to address the injustices faced by customers consuming 200 units or less. He emphasized that the deliberate reclassification of protected users into the non-protected category constitutes a criminal act that will not be tolerated.

He stressed that the issue of over-billing has exacerbated their difficulties, and it is imperative that these complaints of over-billing and injustice be resolved promptly to provide relief to the affected consumers.
