Naqvi takes notice of living woman’s death certificate, Karachi NADRA
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visits Karachi NADRA, resolves citizen complaints, ensures errors in CNICs and documents corrected immediately.
Karachi – (Web Desk) – Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the NADRA centre in Karachi on Saturday to hear citizens’ complaints firsthand. The centre, located in Karachi’s Defence area, operates 24/7. During his visit, Naqvi ordered immediate action on several issues raised by the public.
One complaint caught his attention: a man reported that a death certificate had mistakenly been issued for his living wife. Naqvi instructed NADRA officials to correct the error immediately.
Another woman informed Mohsin Naqvi that her name was mentioned incorrectly in her CNIC. The Interior Minister directed that the mistake be corrected without taking any charges. He directed all staff to resolve citizens’ issues on priority basis.
Mohsin Naqvi visited every counter and asked the people about the complaints.

Mohsin Naqvi advised NADRA staff that citizens’ complaints and matters should be solved during their first visit instead of asking them to visit again and again.
