Rawalakot: On the special directives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the NADRA Regional Head Office Azad Jammu and Kashmir will organize open courts from January 13 to January 15, 2026, to resolve public complaints related to NADRA services on the spot.
According to NADRA officials, the initiative aims to facilitate citizens facing issues related to national identity cards, B-Forms, Family Registration Certificates, registration matters, correction of personal data, and other documentation-related concerns. The open courts are intended to reduce delays and save citizens from repeated visits to NADRA offices by ensuring immediate resolution of their problems.

As per the announced schedule, the open court will be held in Rawalakot on January 13, in Mirpur on January 14, and in Muzaffarabad on January 15. Senior NADRA officials, along with relevant staff, will be present at each location to directly hear complaints and take prompt action.
A spokesperson for the NADRA Regional Head Office in Azad Kashmir said the initiative reflects the Prime Minister’s people-centric vision of bringing government services closer to citizens and ensuring a transparent, efficient, and speedy grievance redressal system. Citizens have been advised to visit the open courts on the respective dates with relevant documents to fully benefit from this facility.
