NADRA Launches Mobile Registration Drive Across Major UK Cities

UK-based Pakistani citizens are advised to bring old CNICs or B-Forms to ensure quicker processing.

ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) will conduct a Mobile Registration Drive across major UK cities on August 2 and 3, 2025, to assist overseas Pakistani communities with essential identification services.

Mobile registration vans will be stationed at:

  • Burton on Trent (Birmingham) – Location to be announced
  • Middlesbrough (Bradford) – Location to be announced
  • Belfast (Manchester) – Location to be announced

The vans will provide services for the issuance and renewal of Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOPs), and Family Registration Certificates (FRCs).

UK-based Pakistani citizens are advised to bring old CNICs or B-Forms to ensure quicker processing. Separate counters and female staff will be available to facilitate women attendees and ensure a comfortable environment.

This mobile registration initiative aligns with NADRA’s strategy to improve access to ID services for overseas Pakistanis, particularly for those unable to visit permanent registration centers.

Alongside this initiative, NADRA’s Pak ID mobile app now allows citizens to:

  • Apply for CNIC renewals and FRCs online
  • Register births, deaths, and marital status
  • Submit government job applications directly through the app using Single Sign-On (SSO)

The mobile app eliminates the need for in-person visits or paperwork, reflecting NADRA’s shift toward digital convenience.
