LAHORE: The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued an alert for Punjab, forecasting rain across the province from June 26 to July 1. Residents, especially in larger cities, should be prepared for possible showers.
According to PDMA spokesperson, urban flooding is likely in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Gujranwala and Narowal. Authorities in these areas have been alerted to take necessary measures to deal with possible flooding.
