Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal has revealed that she, too, has received messages from Pakistani cricketers, following in the footsteps of actress Nawal Saeed, who made similar claims earlier.
Showbiz News Desk: Momina Iqbal joins Nawal in claiming receiving messages from cricketers. During a talk show, the host inquired if any cricketers had ever messaged her. “Yes,” Iqbal confirmed, “We, as public figures, are constantly in the media spotlight. Sometimes we receive messages that are polite greetings, ‘Hi,’ or ‘Salam.'”
Explaining further, the Ehd-e-Wafa actress mentioned that interactions between people in the media industry and cricketers often involve exchanging greetings and having conversations, whether through messages or in person.
When pressed by the host about the content of these messages, Momina shared that they typically contained casual greetings like “hi” or “how are you.”
However, Momina refrained from disclosing the names of the cricketers who sent her messages, stating that she did not see the need to reveal their identities. She emphasized that even if she did mention their names, they were already well-known figures.
Momina did provide some details about the cricketer in question, mentioning that he was a member of the national team, older than her, and a batsman.
