Interior minister highlights unity and sacrifice on Pakistan Day

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said Pakistan is a priceless blessing and the result of a strong ideology and immense sacrifices, emphasizing the need for unity to overcome current challenges.

In his message on Pakistan Day, he described March 23 as a powerful symbol of determination, loyalty, and national cohesion, reflecting the spirit that led to the creation of the country.

He paid tribute to the founding leaders and martyrs of the Pakistan Movement, noting that the historic gathering in Lahore in 1940 laid the foundation for an independent homeland, which materialized within just seven years.

Naqvi said the Lahore Resolution clearly defined Muslims as a distinct nation, highlighting the need for political, economic, and geographical independence.
